Mum's Pumpkin Scones

Ingredients:

60g butter
1tbsp syrup
1 cup cooked mashed pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups S.R flour


Method:

Beat butter and syrup. Add pumpkin, egg and milk. Sift in flour. Knead lightly, roll out and cut into rounds. Bake for 15 mins at 200 degrees. Serve warm with butter.
