2 tbsp honey
4 tbsp plum sauce
2 tbsp barbecue sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 racks pork ribs
Method:
Stir the honey and all the sauces together in a large glass casserole dish. Place the ribs, one rack at a time, in the mixture. Turn it with your hands so that they are completely covered in the sauce.
Put a metal rack in a baking dish or tray. Place the ribs on the metal rack. Bake the ribs uncovered in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove the ribs and brush them with the remaining sauce. Put the ribs back in the oven and cook for a further 20 minutes.
