Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

60g butter
1 spring onion
1 clove garlic
2 tsp plain flour
2/3 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup cream
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp white cooking wine
2 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice


Method:

Heat butter in pan, cook onion and garlic. Add flour, cook 1 minute. Gradually stir in combined remaining ingredients. Stir over heat until sauce boils and thickens.
