6 chicken breasts
1 cup light mayo or greek yoghurt
1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Method:
Preheat oven to 375'F. Spray the inside of a 9x13 pan. Lay the chicken inside. Mix together remaining ingredients and spread over the chicken (make sure all raw meat is covered). Sprinkle with extra parmesan cheese and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
